Handed down from generation to generation, a passion for entrepreneurship has always been part of the DNA of the Elie Cheaib family. Very involved in the Montréal business community since the 1970s, the family was part of the creative team behind the Adonis Market – a true empire in the supermarket business. Proud of their many successes, the Elie Cheaib family continues to invest in the community. By imagining residential and commercial spaces where people, quality and innovation are at the heart of a new experience, that of a remarkable way of life.

Mastering the art and science of creating avant-garde spaces that blend intelligently with their environment, the firm has distinguished itself for more than 20 years in the world of architecture. ACA is the creator of several prestigious real estate and commercial projects such as Cité Dix 30, le Square Cartier, le Canal and Studio Locomotion. In fact, the Belvédère tower, phase 2 of the Voltige project, was awarded Bronze certification at the 17th edition of the Grands Prix du Design in the architecture discipline and in the Residential Building / Apartment & Condominium ≥ 10 storeys category.
